Timings: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM

With a strong focus on craftsmanship, heritage storytelling, and operational excellence, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to drive seamless coordination across departments and elevate our internal processes.
Role Overview
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be the central link between teams—ensuring timely execution, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing systems that help scale operations. You’ll proactively manage cross-functional workflows, foresee risks in order deliveries & collections, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the bridge between design, production, sales, marketing & finance teams
• Implement streamlined systems and SOPs across departments
• Monitor order pipeline & flag potential delays in delivery or collections
• Coordinate follow-through on timelines, feedback loops, and approvals
• Identify communication gaps and address process inefficiencies
• Drive execution of new initiatives and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional coordination
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Fashion, retail, or D2C experience is a plus but not mandatory
